Definition

“Custom” or “Made-to-Order” products refer to items manufactured upon the customer’s request according to specific requirements, selections, or personalized features (including, but not limited to: color, dimensions, engraving, personalized text, custom design, or any modification beyond the standard version).

  • Order Confirmation

By placing an order for a custom product:

  • The customer confirms that all submitted information and specifications are accurate and final.
  • The order becomes binding upon confirmation and completion of payment.
  • The company reserves the right to contact the customer for clarification or confirmation before production begins.
  • Production Time

Production time for custom products may differ from standard delivery times and will be communicated where applicable.

Delays caused by:

do not entitle the customer to cancellation or compensation.

  • Right of Withdrawal and Returns
