ESHOP PRODUCTS SHIPPING METHODS AND PRODUCT RETURN POLICY

• GENERAL TERMS

The Maison Despette online store offers products for online purchase to customers in Greece and abroad. Special shipping arrangements for destinations outside Greece may be made upon prior agreement.

Orders are shipped via our partner courier companies once payment has been confirmed.

Orders are processed, dispatched, and delivered daily, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will be notified by email.

All products are accompanied by the necessary tax documents. If your order is intended as a gift, please inform us during the ordering process so that it can be shipped with a delivery note only.

Upon receipt, we recommend personally inspecting the product and checking that the packaging is intact.

• Shipping within Greece

Shipments within Greece are carried out through Speedex, BOXNOW, or DHL courier services.

For orders of €100.00 or more, shipping is free of charge.

For orders under €100.00, shipping costs are as follows:
Speedex: €4.00
BOXNOW: €2.50
DHL: €6.00

The above prices include VAT.

• International shipping

Your order will be shipped via DHL, and you will receive a tracking number. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times vary depending on the destination, as outlined below:

In addition, shipments to destinations outside Europe may be subject to customs duties and import charges. These charges are not included in the shipping costs, are payable by the customer, and vary from country to country. Customers are therefore advised to contact their local customs office for further information.

Ø BOXNOW shipping is also available for Cyprus only, at a cost of €9.00.

Products are handed over by the Maison Despette online store to the courier company within 2–5 business days of order confirmation, unless otherwise stated on the relevant product page.

Once the parcel has been handed over to the courier, domestic shipments within Greece are expected to be delivered on the next business day.

For destinations within Greece classified as remote or hard-to-reach areas by the courier company, delivery times may vary.

For international shipments, please refer to the table above.

In all cases, delivery is subject to product availability, as indicated on the relevant product page or communicated by the Maison Despette online store team. The estimated delivery times stated above may be affected by circumstances beyond our control or force majeure events.

• GENERAL TERMS

You have the right to return the products you purchased within 14 calendar days and request their replacement or a refund of their value. After the lapse of 14 calendar days from the receipt of the shipment, no right of return or exchange of your order will be granted.

The product or products must be in excellent condition and must not have been used, worn, or be in any condition other than their original state.

• ON ACCEPTABLE RETURNS

Returned products must be properly packaged to prevent any damage during transportation. The packaging should be the original packaging that normally accompanies the product, in excellent condition, and include all shipping documents (e.g. Delivery Note, Retail Receipt, etc.). Returns that do not meet the above conditions will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.

Returns are not accepted for products that have been customized or made to order.

• SHIPMENT OF RETURNS

The return or replacement of a product is carried out at our company’s expense only for returns within Greece, provided that the courier company (SPEEDEX, BOXNOW or DHL) with which we cooperate, is used and that exchanges for the same order do not exceed one time. If the shipment is made with any other courier company or concerns a purchase from another country, the shipping costs are borne by the customer.

If you received your order via Box Now, you can easily make your return by visiting your nearest Locker location and using the 10-digit shipment number of your order to open the compartment. Your parcel will then be forwarded to us.

• RETURN PROCEDURE

To make a return or exchange, you can contact us via email at info@maisondespette.com, stating your full name and order number, explaining the reason for the return and whether you would like a replacement.

Within 2 business days, you will receive a reply email with return instructions via the courier service.

Upon receiving your return, a detailed inspection of the returned item’s condition will be carried out. If no issues are found with its condition, packaging, or accompanying documents, you will be notified by email that the return has been accepted.

• RETURN OF FUNDS

If you do not wish to replace the item with a new product, the refund process will be completed within 14 business days from the date the return is received at our premises.

Refunds are issued to the original method of payment.

Items purchased as gifts can be exchanged for other products but cannot be refunded in cash.

If you request an exchange and the new product has a lower value than the original order, the price difference will not be refunded but will be credited to your name for future purchases.
